Your position:

As a job alongside your studies, you will support us in the conversion and adaptation of our organization to Group specifications, in particular in the review and implementation of Group guidelines and the resulting measures in the individual departments.

Your tasks:

• General support in the policy implementation project this includes
  
  • examining existing process landscapes with regard to compliance with guidelines
  • reviewing existing guidelines
  • developing process adaptations and new processes with our specialist departments
• Participating in the coordination of the project process and monitoring progress in processing as well as preparing status reports
• Supporting the operational implementation of new processes and their documentation

What you bring with you:

• You are currently completing your studies and are in your 2nd semester or higher
• You are interested in research and designing processes
• You have very good knowledge of Office applications
• Your written and verbal communication skills in German are very good
• You have a talent for organization and work in a structured manner
