The Inventory Management Specialist ensures full visibility and control over vehicle status at the VPC, enabling efficient delivery planning and issue prevention. By managing both pre & post-delivery conditions, (including quality checks, complaints, and return coordination), the role safeguards delivery integrity. This position plays a vital part in maintaining accurate inventory flow and ensuring timely, issue-free handover to dealers and customers.
Work Location - IMPORTANT
This position is based at two locations. The successful candidate is required to work on-site at the VPC at least 1–2 times per week.

VPC inventory control and vehicle flow management
Closely manage and track vehicle inventory status at VPC to ensure accurate visibility.
Maintain systematic records of vehicle movements to optimize logistics and delivery flow.
Monitor incoming and outgoing vehicle flows at the VPC, identifying issues and blocking dispatch when necessary.
Pre & post-delivery issue handling
- Address operational issues before delivery, such as PDI pending, dealer complaints, or parts delivery delays.
- Coordinate internally to ensure vehicles meet all quality and readiness criteria prior to dispatch.
- Actively communicate with relevant departments to resolve vehicle delivery-related disruptions
Return process and quality revalidation
- In case of post-delivery issues (e.g., customer complaints or quality defects), coordinate the vehicle's return to the VPC.
- Oversee rework, repair, and re-dispatch processes, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
- Manage communication and timelines across departments to minimize delivery impact.\
Inventory reporting and process enhancement
- Generate and manage inventory status reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support inventory accuracy improvement by analyzing recurring issues or flow disruptions.
- Recommend preventive actions or procedural changes based on delivery and inventory trends.

본 역할은 **출고 전·후 차량 상태(품질 점검, 클레임, 반품 프로세스 포함)**를 관리함으로써, 최종 인도 품질을 보장합니다.
또한 정확한 재고 흐름 유지와 더불어 딜러 및 고객에게 문제 없이 적시에 차량이 인도되도록 하는 데 핵심적인 역할을 담당합니다.
근무지 (중요)
본 포지션은 두 개의 근무지를 기반으로 운영됩니다.
선발된 지원자는 주 1~2회 이상 VPC 현장 근무가 필요합니다.

VPC 재고 관리 및 차량 흐름 관리
- VPC 내 차량 재고 상태를 밀접하게 관리 및 추적하여 정확한 가시성 확보
- 차량 이동 이력을 체계적으로 관리하여 물류 및 출고 흐름 최적화
- 입·출고 차량 흐름을 모니터링하고, 문제 발생 시 출고 보류(Blocking) 조치 수행
출고 전·후 이슈 관리
- 출고 전 발생하는 운영 이슈 대응(예: PDI 대기, 딜러 클레임, 부품 공급 지연 등)
- 차량 출고 전, 모든 품질 및 출고 준비 기준 충족 여부를 내부적으로 점검 및 조율
- 관련 부서와 적극적으로 협업하여 출고 지연 및 문제 해결
반품 프로세스 및 품질 재검증
- 출고 후 이슈 발생 시(예: 고객 클레임, 품질 문제), 차량의 VPC 반입 조율
- 재작업, 수리 및 재출고 전 과정을 관리하고, 적절한 문서화 및 문제 해결 보장
- 부서 간 커뮤니케이션 및 일정 관리를 통해 출고 영향 최소화
재고 리포팅 및 프로세스 개선
- 내부 이해관계자를 위한 재고 현황 리포트 작성 및 관리
- 반복 발생 이슈 및 물류 흐름 문제를 분석하여 재고 정확도 개선 지원
- 출고 및 재고 트렌드 기반으로 사전 예방 조치 및 프로세스 개선안 제안
Education
- Minimum B.A. degree
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in automotive logistics, inventory management, or related supply chain roles
- Hands-on experience with vehicle status tracking systems or ERP platforms
- Prior involvement in cross-functional coordination with sales, logistics, and field operations teams
- Experience in analyzing and reporting stock-related KPIs and operational data
- Good communication, analytical and problem solving skills with very high technical and quality managerial abilities.
- High level of leadership and communication skill to cooperate with service providers and business partners
