Key Responsibilities:
• Execute design and development of Seat Trim/Cover parts with suppliers to secure project milestones.
• Prepare and monitor timelines for part development activities with suppliers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Controlling to meet quality, assembly, and functional requirements.
• Coordinate closely with suppliers for functional development and product maturity.
• Execute Engineering Change Requests as per project requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:
• 01–03 years of relevant experience in design and development of automotive Seat Trim/Cover parts.
• Product knowledge of automotive interiors.
• Strong understanding of design considerations for Seat Trim/Cover parts.
• Experience in full product life cycle management, including concept generation, design and development, validation as per global regulations, launch execution, and post-production support.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and steer suppliers.
• Strong practitioner of basic engineering processes with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working experience in UG NX.

Educational Qualifications:
• B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/M.E. in Mechanical, Automobile, or related engineering disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications — Good to Have:
• Exposure to global automotive standards and supplier management.
• Experience working in international and multicultural environments.
• International work experience.
• German linguistic skills.
• Development experience in Mercedes-Benz or similar products.
