Strategic Project Management and Assistant to Head of Product Management
Aufgaben

Main tasks

1. Strategic Project Management 
‑ Lead strategic projects and topics in E2 departments from initiation to closure. Develop comprehensive project plans, scope and timeline. Manage project risks and issues, communicate project status, progress, and challenges regularly. 
‑ Interface with external parties for projects, e.g., dealer related projects and events. 
‑ Manage stakeholders, identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders. Understand their needs, expectations, and concerns. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates and soliciting feedback. 
‑ Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making at the executive level. 
    
2. Executive Support 
‑ Provide executive support and taking responsibilities delegated by Head of Product Management in terms of managing tasks and others. 
‑ Support Executive’s direct-reports on various business needs.     

3. EVP office operation 
‑ Operate the EVP office daily business, handling administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing correspondence. Ensure the smooth flow of information and efficient use of the EVP's time. 
‑ Plan and execute department activities, including team meetings, offsites, and training sessions. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture within the E2 departments. 
‑ Act as a liaison between the EVP and other departments, facilitating communication and coordination across the organization.

Qualifikationen

Education
- University degree or above.
- Full proficiency in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken.

Experience 
- Preferred with two-year or above experience of providing professional support to the General Managers or above level or comparable experience. 
- Experience in auto industry is preferred 
- Well organized, logical thinker, presentable and attention to details. 
- Desire to meet and set higher standards on deliverables. 
- Ability to inspire confidence, respect, and trust. 
- Target oriented and persistent with ability to anticipate needs. 
- Tactic and diplomatic in interacting with others. 
- Strong interpersonal skills and good team player, especially good sense of intercultural communication in international work environment.

Specific knowledge 
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, German is a plus. 
- Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
