We are seeking a Solution Architect with Business Analyst skillset to join our international team in a vibrant environment. This role focuses on business solution architect, application management, daily system stability, and driving digital transformation projects to enhance organizational efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Design and manage technical solutions that align with business goals, bridging the gap between requirements and implementation to ensure effectiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Business Analysis: Gather and analyze requirements, evaluate applications, collaborate with vendors, and draft functional specifications.
- Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor projects, managing resources, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
- System Modernization: Migrate systems to the cloud to modernize IT infrastructure and improve cost/performance efficiency.
- Support Operations: Serve as second-level IT contact, debug issues, and coordinate with back-end teams for solutions, overseeing applications like DMS and SAP.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, sales, and customer service teams to ensure project success across regions.
- Continuous Learning: Maintain a growth mindset to learn new technologies, overcome challenges, and deliver clear insights and strategies.
Valid work permit in Taiwan is a must.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business, or related fields (advanced degrees preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in leading business solution architecture, IT relevant area, business analysis, project management.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Dealer Management System (DMS), SAP, Salesforce or ERP systems.
- Proficiency in API integration between HQ, regional and local applications.
- Experience in cloud migration or projects (e.g., AWS, Azure).
o Experience in designing scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures.
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP) are a plus.
- Experience in digitalization tools (e.g., RPA) are a plus.
- Communication Skills: Clear and concise English communication skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, business users, and vendor partners.
