Service Pricing & Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical and motivated Service Pricing & Operations Specialist to join our After-Sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who enjoys working with data, collaborating across multiple business functions, and contributing to projects that drive customer satisfaction and operational performance.

About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Growth Manager, this role combines pricing analysis, business operations, and project delivery responsibilities. You will play a key role in managing Service Plan strategy and pricing, supporting service operational initiatives, and contributing to the rollout of strategic systems and processes.

This role offers the opportunity to work with internal stakeholders, retailers, suppliers, and international headquarters teams, while contributing to strategic projects that support our growth and customer retention objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Service Plan Pricing

  • Analyse and maintain Mercedes-Benz Service Plan pricing across multiple platforms (including Fleet Service Plan).
  • Conduct pricing reviews, competitor benchmarking, and profitability analysis.
  • Prepare pricing recommendations and business cases for stakeholder approval.
  • Support pricing requirements for new vehicle launches and product introductions.
  • Manage annual pricing reviews and ongoing service cost analysis.
  • Coordinate approvals with key stakeholders.

Service Operations & Projects

  • Support service campaigns and operational initiatives.
  • Assist with retailer communications, reporting, and project coordination.
  • Provide operational support across systems and business processes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for pricing and operational enquiries.
  • Support the implementation and rollout of the Mercedes-Benz Service Plan Contracts Management System.
  • Work closely with Mercedes-Benz Headquarter in Germany and local stakeholders to coordinate project activities, testing, process alignment, and deployment.
  • Assist with system configuration validation, process documentation, training preparation, and retailer readiness activities.
  • Due to collaboration with international stakeholders across multiple time zones, flexibility to participate in occasional meetings outside standard business hours will be required.
Qualifikationen

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Experience in pricing, commercial analysis, business operations, or project coordination.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • A proactive, self-driven approach and willingness to learn.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience within the automotive industry.
  • Exposure to pricing analysis, product management, or operational projects.
  • Knowledge of dealership operations or after-sales environments.
  • Experience working with automotive systems or similar business platforms.
