Profession Experience:

• 10-15 years of experience in the digitization and automation domain (preferably in finance/banking sectors) driving digital transformation and process improvements
• Strong analytical skills and data analysis, ensuring accurate and actionable insights for senior leadership
• Proven expertise in project management, particularly with Scrum or similar Agile methodologies, leading projects from concept to completion on time and within budget
• Proven track record in leading RPA projects and other automation initiatives to significantly reduce manual processes and improve system efficiency
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, liaise with cross-functional teams and align business and technology goals to achieve measurable outcomes

Roles and Responsibilities:

TIS: Project Management

• Oversee entity, bank account and user setups - manage onboarding, legal reviews, training and template configurations
•  Approve workflows, manage user access, and maintain bank/IC accounts in TIS
• Set up and monitor CAMT flows from banks to TIS and actualize cash flows against forecasts
• Conduct quarterly user reviews, handle IT audits, and ensure data integrity in TIS
• Resolve first-level issues, escalate as needed and monitor CAMT flow logs Update user manual in GitHub and organize management calls to discuss system improvements
• Monitor budgets, manage contract renewals for TIS CashOptix users and organize regular management calls to address requested functionalities and system issues

Digitalization & Automation

• Lead the team to drive digitalization across Treasury functions, focusing on automation (e.g., CAMT cash flow automation) and process optimization
• Spearhead RPA projects to improve productivity by automating manual treasury processes
• Implement cloud-based Treasury solutions, ensuring the seamless integration of treasury processes into the existing IT environment

Data Management & Reporting

•        Drive the creation of Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring that all financial data is accurately visualized and easily accessible for decision-making
• Lead the team to ensure accurate data ingestion, integration and quality management, supporting Treasury teams with data-driven insights

Team Management & Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 direct reports in the Treasury Technology space, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Provide guidance on technical and process-related challenges, empowering the team to take ownership of their respective tasks and drive successful project outcomes
• Foster effective collaboration across Treasury and IT teams across multiple geographies to ensure seamless coordination and alignment on digital transformation initiatives

Qualification

• Bachelors/Masters degree in CS/ IT / Analytics or equivalent experience
• Certifications in Project Management, RPA tools, cloud platforms, power Apps
