Role: The automotive industry is undergoing disruption with significant changes in the technology and Innovation landscape. As a Manager for Internal Innovation, you will support the team in driving the initiatives towards strengthening the Innovation culture within the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

•         Stakeholder management and global coordination

       Closely working with Department Innovation Ambassadors &  Innovation Management team towards driving the Innovation initiatives within the organization

•         Drive events, campaigns, competence development programs to enhance Innovation quotient of the organization

•         Support in digitalization & development of Innovation Management tool

·         Interface with Business Leaders to monitor & report the Innovation KPIs

·         Support strategic initiatives to accelerate Innovation & Intrapreneurship through activities including user desirability validation, MVP creation, market validation, business viability and go to market strategy.

·         Work closely with business support functions towards contract management, Innovation branding etc.

·         MBA/Management graduate from Reputed Management School with 5-10 years of Experience in Project management at strategic level initiatives

·         Extremely good communication skills (German language skills would be preferable)

·         Previous Experience in Innovation & Technology Management is most desirable
