Senior Manager, Sales Training
Aufgaben

bjective of job

- Identify, develop, adapt and implement sales training strategies based on the market situation / MBAG-Global Training / BMBS, BBAC and FBAC requirements for the new and existing fist-line sales people force in the dealership.
- Provide them with qualification & certification training programs, specific project, such as Sales Pioneer Camp in order to upkeep their competence with knowledge and skill improvement, further more reflect in positive sales performance.
- Provide the product training according to MB’s  and competitor’s new car launch plan and specific sales talk.
- Agile, innovative and quick response to the market and BU needs.  

Main tasks

1. Training Strategy & Program Management
- Identify, develop and implement training strategies for the new and existing salespersons in the region;
- Present, negotiate and confirm the above training strategies/activities with BMBS internal and dealer groups.
- Develop and supervise the execution C-Sales, Q-PE, Q-NEV, Q-IHT, CEC, Q-TEV, and CCC, Driving trainer programs
- Ensure the training result quality

2. Sales Training Content Development
- Drive the development and implement of sales talk MB and relevant competitor product, and specific topics
- Ensure the training result quality

3. Training Event Management
- Supervise the implementation of training event including CTE, MB Sales Master Competition etc.

4. Training Platform Development
- Training public platform operation and development

5. Training Governance 
- Sales Training cost control, budgeting, administration and reporting
- Formulate and realize annual training plan according to the identified strategies and needs

6. Team Management
- Supervise the performance & the development of sales training teams
- Support team to develop own competency to conduct soft skill and communication training for sales persons

Qualifikationen

Education
‑ University graduate in Marketing, Communication, Engineering or related disciplines

Experience
‑ Min. 5 years working experience on training fields and relevant experience in sales & marketing environment with solely project management leading experience.

Functionality Skills
‑ Solid knowledge about training methods and communication models to deliver soft skill and communication with the sales training team 
- Good automotive product understanding
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Customer-orientated mindset with good organizational, administrative and leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as a team player
- Good command of English, written and spoken will be essential
- Travel within the region and overseas
