Senior Manager: Business Development
Aufgaben

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Manager – Business Development to drive product innovation, campaign development, and new business opportunities. This role involves close collaboration with business partners, acting as a key brand liaison to strengthen relationships, ensure dealer and customer satisfaction, and execute strategic projects that contribute to long-term business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Product & Campaign Development
  • Analyze global and local economic, market, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product innovation, campaigns, incentives, and commission schemes.
  • Develop and implement national sales and dealer-specific campaigns in collaboration with brand partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations before product launches and campaign executions.
  • Communicate product and campaign details to relevant stakeholders before execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
Product & Campaign Management
  • Oversee the Global Product Database (GPD) to ensure accurate and up-to-date product information.
  • Ensure compliance with company Product and Credit rules for all product and campaign offerings.
  • Develop new systems or manage change requests in existing systems to enhance product and campaign efficiency.
New Business Development
  • Execute HQ, regional, and local strategy projects, including new business setup initiatives.
  • Identify and assess new business opportunities that align with company objectives.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial analyses for potential business ventures.
  • Lead project planning, organization, and implementation efforts to drive sustainable growth.
Qualifikationen
Qualifications & Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product and campaign development, preferably in the financial services or automotive sector.
  • Strong relationship management skills to engage with brand partners, colleagues, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Advanced Excel skills, particularly related to financial calculations.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
