Key Responsibilities

• SAP SD
• Expert knowledge of Return Orders, Material Inspection, and Logistical Follow-up actions.
• S/4HANA ARM: Proven experience with Advanced Returns Management.
• Cross-functional Knowledge: Understanding of how returns impact Inventory Management (MM) and Valuation (FI).
• Automotive Domain: Familiarity with dealer claim processing and spare parts return policies.

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's / Master’s degree in Engineering
