Job Overview:
Tech team lead for Salesforce platform applications and lead Salesforce implementation for delivery for
Americas systems.
Lead the migration of legacy applications to Salesforce.
Lead a team to manage build, run & maintenance activities of the Salesforce platform
Close alignment with other tech leads on architecture with a strong focus on reusability
Champion AI-enabled software development, testing and deployment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the build of Originations product area(s) incorporating the design & transformation of
existing applications landscapes (50%)
Help establish & manage the IT Integration team for the specific Business area(s) (10%)
Information Security & Data Protection, risk management & compliance ensure adherence to
IT security concepts based on corporate IT standards (10%)
Manage timely issue solving, good collaboration. Negotiate SLAs & contracts with internal and
external partner (10%)
Insure stable, robust, scalable Salesforce integration platform with consideration of cost efficiency and cost transparency. Planning, controlling, monitoring of the IT operation &
escalation management. Ensure compliant IT operations, adequate application, infrastructure
portfolio based on Mercedes-Benz standards (20%)
Qualifications:
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:
- Information Technology
Salesforce
Education:
Bachelor's Degree is required. Master's is preferred.
Additional Knowledge:
Multiple Salesforce, Mulesoft certification(s) such as Architecture, Dev etc
2 years' experience in leading Salesforce dev teams, design/arch/scrum teams
5years experience in Salesforce tech delivery including hands on config, coding
Experience in large Salesforce implementation projects a plus
Hands on experience in Salesforce; Sales /Service/ Marketing
Experience in a multicultural team in a financial services or an automotive environment
Financial services domain Knowledge is a plus
Required: Certified Salesforce Developer, Certified Salesforce Administrator
