Job Overview: 

The Remarketing and Collections Compliance Administrator role ensures compliance, manages risks, and maintains a robust review and documentation of business procedures and assessments for the Collections and Remarketing operation processes.  This is done by conducting regulatory and internal compliance assessments to ensure that internal processes are handled in accordance with company policies, business procedures, and all other compliance-related requirements.  This includes, but is not limited to, collaborating with the business leaders and operational teams in accountability to review and update internal procedures and remediate identified gaps and risks; and by performing internal and external audit functions.  In addition, the Remarketing and Compliance Administrator also maintains follow-up through organized tracking systems.  This role requires detail-oriented individuals with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to successfully safeguard the integrity and efficiency of the Collections and Remarketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Remarketing and Collections teams in maintaining a robust compliance program by ensuring the review and updating of the business procedures, including local limits of authority. (30%)

  • Partner with the business leaders to update internal assessment designs to incorporate the necessary business procedural measures and local limits of authority as business processes evolve. (25%)

  • Conduct regular internal assessments to identify gaps and risks and provide remediation recommendations. (30%)

  • Maintain follow-up through assessment records and remediation tracking systems. (15%)

     
Qualifikationen

Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. 
This position requires a minimum of 2 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

  •  Audit: 1 year
  • Business-General: 2 years
  • Collections: 1 year
  • Remarketing: 1 year

Education:
High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

  • 1 year of experience with Pega, FAW, ALFA, Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook preferred

Recommended Prerequisites: 

Subject Matter Expert; Team Leader; Business Controls Auditor
