·        Setting-up and performing process, product and connectivity services Q-Releases.

·        Implements testing procedures in compliance with corporate and industry standards.

·        Conduct failure analyzing activities of the complete vehicle and ensure NVH targets.

·        Evaluates effectiveness of quality measures and recommends changes of test methods, setup, process and design concepts under general guidance and directions.

·        Define test courses and describe the static and dynamic evaluation process for our vehicles and sub components.

·        Interpret results and reports from Q-Information.

·        Continuous improvement and comparison of the Q-Release Process with other Daimler AG entities.

·        Supports improvements and development of connectivity devices

·        Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.

·        5+ years of experience, preferably in the areas of R&D, production and quality management at a OEM Manufacturer or Supplier.

·        Knowledge about the product development process and production process of cars

·        Experience in the context of networked vehicles preferable, ideally with assignments in reference to app-based services or quality assurance and testing.

·        Experience in field of automotive connectivity, software testing or related field preferred

·        High analytic competency and capacity for teamwork in an international context.

·        High technical comprehension in the context of vehicles and IT.

·        Willingness to travel internationally.

·        High organization skills, flexibility, and self-initiative and motivation

·        Overall Vehicle knowledge, Sprinter knowledge a plus

·        Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
