Project & Product Manager

We need an experienced project & product management professional to manage & monitor multiple products in Finance Contract Origination & Management portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Planning: Develop the project's scope, goals, and schedule 
• Team management: Create and lead a team, assign tasks, and ensure the team has the right resources 
• Budget management: Manage the project's budget and decide how to spend money 
• Communication: Communicate roles, expectations, and objectives to the team 
• Monitoring: Monitor progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure deliverables are met 
• Risk management: Identify, assess, and control threats to the project 
• Quality assurance: Ensure the product or service meets specified requirements 

Product Management

• Identify customer needs and business goals
• Define the product vision and roadmap
• Conduct research and data analytics
• Prioritize requirements
• Develop a strategic plan
• Work with engineering, design, and sales teams
• Ensure the product supports the company's strategy and goals
• Continuously refine the product

• B.Tech IT/CS - Full Degree
• Experience in s/w development 8-12 Years.
