Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced individual to provide project management and data management support for our EoP+ projects. This role involves operational steering, coordination, and reporting of project status, ensuring that all technical, budget, and timeline requirements are met. Additionally, you will be responsible for parts portfolio analysis, data management, and capacity/team allocation. The ideal candidate will have strong project management and data management skills and experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Services to be Provided:

1. Project Management Support:

• Operational steering of EoP+ projects, both single and multi-project management.
• Development and maintenance of the master schedule and quality gate (QG) planning.
• Coordination of project costs, budgets, resources, and quality planning to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
• Regular reporting of project status covering technical aspects, deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Identification of risks and opportunities within the project, with relevant measures and decision-making to mitigate risks and enhance opportunities.
• Coordination of committees and other project-related documentation.
• Documentation and tracking of relevant guidelines, milestones, and tasks.

2. Data Management Support:

• Conduct parts portfolio analysis and provide data management support (e.g., dashboarding for >EoP projects, including overall project status, top commodities, performance, and results).
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure that reporting systems are up-to-date.

Profile Requirements:

• Strong project management skills, with proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects.
• Excellent data management skills, including dashboarding, portfolio analysis, and managing large datasets.
• Proficient in project reporting, risk management, and quality control.
• Ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Familiarity with the development and testing processes of automotive parts is a plus.

• Educational Qualification:

  • BE/B.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines.

• Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 6 years of experience in Automotive domain.
  • Experience with multinational corporations (MNCs) is preferred.
  • Prior experience working with German OEMs or organizations is a strong plus.
