The Quality Training and Qualification Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing training and qualification activities exclusively for employees within the Quality Department at the Mercedes-Benz Vans plant in Jawor. This role ensures that all quality personnel are properly trained, qualified, and continuously developed in accordance with Mercedes-Benz Vans standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality systems.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Department-Specific Training Management:

·        Develop and maintain a structured training and qualification program tailored to the needs of the Quality Department.

·        Coordinate onboarding training for new quality employees and ensure timely qualification for their roles.

·        Qualification Oversight:

·        Maintain and update qualification matrices for all quality roles (e.g., auditors, inspectors, quality engineers).

·        Organize and document requalification and refresher training sessions.

·        Compliance & Documentation:

·        Ensure all training activities comply with internal Mercedes-Benz Vans standards, IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and ISO 9001.

·        Manage training records in the Learning Management System (LMS) and prepare documentation for internal and external audits.

·        Collaboration & Support:

·        Work closely with Quality Team Leaders and Specialists to identify training needs and skill gaps.

·        Support the implementation of new quality tools, methods, and systems by providing targeted training.

·        Continuous Improvement:

·        Monitor training effectiveness through feedback and performance indicators.

·        Propose improvements to training content, methods, and delivery formats.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related technical field.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality-related role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.

·        Strong understanding of quality standards and systems (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, ISO 9001).

·        Experience with training coordination and documentation in a regulated environment.

·        Proficiency in Polish and English; German is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

·        Experience working within the Mercedes-Benz quality system.

·        Certification in quality or training (e.g., VDA Auditor, Train-the-Trainer).

·        Familiarity with SAP, LMS, and digital quality tools.
