Objective of Job
This function serves as the AI transformation Integrator for project managers, connecting business functions, management, AI developers, IT partners, and suppliers. The position ensures that AI initiatives are driven by business value, translated into implementable solutions, and delivered with clear governance, tracking, reporting, and measurable impact on departmental performance.
It leads the NEXUS platform and AI portfolio to enable data-driven, value-based decision-making across carline, PT,operationally embedded, while maintaining strong cost control, delivery excellence, and platform stability.
1. Continue to innovate and utilize the existing NEXUS platform for RTM and BLM business to ensure MB products get full market access;
2. Responsible for management reporting on MB’s RTM and BLM business and continuous optimization on business processes;
3. Act as functional mentor for business analysts and solution designers within PSVP, PSVM;
4. Support project managers to define and implement new processes with AI & digital transformation;
5. Innovate and define AI agents to support management decisions more efficient;
6. Manage supplier sourcing process and steer use case development to ensure timely delivery;
7. Manage the smooth operation and trouble shooting on Nexus platform with IT support
Qualification
Education
- University degree from Computer Science or Electric/Electronics.
- Fluent English skills
Experience
- 5-10 years experience in digital / IT solutions, incl. leadership exposure
- Proven experience in leading cross‑functional teams
- Experience with AI application and AI use case as product owner
Familiar with MB’s business processes is a plus
