Objective of job:
The MBDT Operational Management is responsible for driving operational excellence across the organization by ensuring effective planning, governance, performance tracking, cross-functional alignment, and strategic execution.
The MBDT Operation Management is responsible for overseeing daily company operations and administrative management to ensure a safe, efficient, compliant, and productive workplace environment. The role manages office administration, facility operations, company governance processes, workspace planning, vendor coordination, and employee support services, while driving continuous improvement of operational efficiency and workplace experience.
The position requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to coordinate complex initiatives across multiple business functions.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute daily office administration and company operational support activities.
• Coordinate workplace management, including seating, facilities, meeting rooms, and office resources.
• Support company seal management, document administration, and governance processes.
• Coordinate property management, office security, workplace safety, and EHS activities.
• Support vendor management, procurement processes, contracts, and service delivery monitoring.
• Maintain office assets and operational records while supporting continuous improvement of workplace services and employee experience.
Education
• Bachelor's degree or above. Major in Business Administration, Operations Management, Facility Management, Human Resources or related disciplines preferred.
Experience
• 3-8 years of experience in Company Operations, General Affairs, Workplace Management, or related functions.
• Experience in office administration, facility management, workplace services, and vendor coordination.
• Experience in asset management, procurement support, and operational process administration.
• Experience supporting compliance, ICS controls, policy management, or audit activities.
• Familiarity with MoA governance and internal approval processes is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications and business productivity tools.
• Experience in a multinational or matrix organization is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in both Chinese and English.
