- Responsible for translating system requirements into scalable hardware platform architectures with a focus on networking, connectivity, power distribution, and platform infrastructure.
- Drive hardware architecture definition, technology roadmap planning, component ecosystem development, and supplier technical evaluations for future cockpit, ADAS, and centralized computing platforms.
- Act as a key technical representative of the hardware organization in platform-level discussions with system architects, software architects, suppliers, and global development teams, while actively participating in hardware solution definition and critical technology decisions.

Participate in hardware architecture implementation activities

Education
- Master degree in electronic/electro-technic, computer science or similar course of studies
- Fluent English and Chinese is mandatory; German language knowledge is an advantage
Experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in hardware development, hardware architecture, system design, or related technical leadership roles.
- Extensive experience in automotive networking, high-speed connectivity, power architecture, domain controllers, cockpit, ADAS, centralized compute, or related platforms.
- Proven track record of leading architecture discussions, technical reviews, and platform-level solution evaluations.
- Experience translating product and system requirements into scalable hardware platform architectures.
- Strong experience driving technical trade-offs involving compute, networking, power, thermal, reliability, cost, scalability, and vehicle integration constraints.
- Experience working directly with OEMs, Tier1 suppliers, semiconductor vendors, and global engineering organizations.
- Experience defining technology roadmaps, preferred component ecosystems, and reusable platform architectures.
- Experience participating in executive-level technical discussions and influencing key architecture decisions.
- Experience mentoring engineers and driving technical capability development across organizations.
- Hands-on experience throughout the full product lifecycle from concept development to mass production
