National Fleet Specialist - Temporary Role

You will be joining at an exciting time to help shape our future, as the organisation continues to move through the biggest transformation in its history.

In this temporary, 12 month position based at our head office in Mulgrave, Victoria, you will join a high performing Sales team and be responsible for managing and coordinating Mercedes-Benz National Fleet operations and administration.

Key duties & responsibilities:

  • Fleet Administration: Process registration renewals, managing insurance claims, assist staff queries, and support fleet administration improvements.

  • Employee Lease Program: Administer lease agreements, coordinate vehicle allocations, and manage lease application preferences.

  • Interstate Vehicle Management: Coordinate and process interstate vehicle changeovers, book transport for auctions, and manage new demonstrator vehicles.

  • Purchase Orders & Invoices: Handle purchase orders, invoices, and fleet warehouse duties; manage grounding and acceptance paperwork.

  • Account Management: Oversee Linkt, ChargeFox, Viva Energy accounts, process tolls and infringements, and manage fuel cards.

Qualifikationen

What you will need to be successful:

  • Experience in Motor Vehicle Industry & Fleet Management

  • Exceptional organisation skills and attention to detail

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (mainly Excel & Word)

  • Sound communication skills both written and verbal

  • Good collaborative skills with the ability to co-operate with employees at all levels

This is a local, temporary role. You must hold valid working rights for Australian/New Zealand for the entire length of the contract to be able to apply for this position.
