· Drive PCBA layout review, NFC IC integration, and end‑to‑end digital key integration; secure EMC/reliability/DfM compliance and supplier deliverables to SOP/series release.
· Description of Customer function and derivation of the system functions required for the customer functions and definition of system boundaries and requirements, mapping of customer and system functions to components.
· Ensure robust security architecture and compliance with cybersecurity standards
· Coordinate with regulatory teams for homologation, safety, and security testing, supporting China rollout and global carlines.
· Organize regular communication with R&D headquarters in Germany and local suppliers, ensuring timely technical alignment and issue resolution.
· Support change management, production, and testing of Body EE ECUs.
· Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and maturity assessment for Body EE ECUs at both component and vehicle levels.
o Education
University degree in mechanical, automotive or electrical engineering
o Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (OEMs or part suppliers), with specific experience in digital car key functions and project management.
• Proven expertise in developing wireless communication protocols (Bluetooth Low Energy, NFC, UWB, etc.).
o Specific Knowledge
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Experience in backend development, smart card/IoT backend systems, and electronic design of vehicle products.
• Familiarity with cryptography immobilizer systems and security element design.
• Excellent presentation, planning, and organizational skills.
• Native Chinese speaker with fluent English; German language skills are a plus.
• Proficiency in computer/testing tools (Microsoft Office, CANoe, Monaco, CAD/NX preferred).
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel within China and internationally.
