About  Us:
Mercedes-Benz Vietnam Ltd. (MBV), a joint venture with the German-based Mercedes-Benz AG and SAMCO, was incorporated on the 14th of April in 1995. MBV has been tasked with the assembly and distribution of passenger cars. Since our foundation in 1995, we have been a key player in the local automotive industry, especially in the luxury segment.

Overview:
Are you good at communication, convincing people, and building trust with customers? If you are a highly customer-centric professional looking for opportunities to bring your skills to the next level and put your pioneering spirit to good use, this is where you come in! We are looking for a Manager, Business Development (Temporary Staff in 8 months) to join our team.

Main Tasks:

1.  Customer Services Business Development
•    Identify and analyze market demand
•    Negotiate with suppliers and work with dealers
•    Coordinate new business setups
•    Support dealers in business programs (e.g., Otc/Part trading)
•    Develop CS downstream products (e.g., Insurance, Extended Warranty)
•    Maintain central billing models

2.  Customer Services Product Management
•    Initiate sales plans and execute orders
•    Support dealers with ordering processes
•    Ensure smooth supply processes with suppliers
•    Identify up-sell/cross-sell opportunities; implement promotions
•    Track sales data and produce reports
•    Adapt pricing and contract terms; collaborate on internal processes
•    Provide product training to dealers

3.  Market and Competitor Analysis
•    Monitor competitors and market factors
•    Conduct PESTEL market analysis

4.   Key Account Supervision
•    Build relationships with key account customers
•    Monitor key account turnover and identify product gaps

5.   B2B Partnership
•    Maintain relationships with business partners
•    Support partnership marketing and sales campaigns

Qualifikationen

Requirements:
•    Degree in Business Administration/Management or Economics
•    4 years in automotive business; preferably after-sales at retail/wholesale level
•    Technical/automotive understanding; KAM/B2B sales experience advantageous
•    Fluent in English & Vietnamese
•    Excellent negotiation and networking skills
•    Pro-active problem solver with business acumen
•    Strong interpersonal skills; confident in presentations
•    Good time/process management; able to work independently
•    Willing to travel extensively
•    Applicants who are Vietnamese nationals residing in Vietnam
