·        Set the Brand Events & PR strategy, aligning priorities and plans with business objectives and brand direction.

·        Lead earned-media strategy, media relations, press content, interviews, events and proactive storytelling.

·        Protect brand reputation through issues monitoring, crisis preparedness and timely, brand-consistent responses.

·        Lead brand and product launches, events, pop-ups and premium experiences from concept to evaluation.

·        Develop sponsorships and strategic partnerships that strengthen brand relevance, visibility and engagement.

·        Direct agencies and suppliers through clear briefs, timelines, budgets and quality standards.

·        Lead and develop the team, set priorities and allocate resources effectively.

·        Partner with internal functions and regional/HQ teams to deliver integrated, brand-consistent initiatives.

·        Manage budgets, procurement, approvals and compliance requirements.

·    Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or a related discipline.

·    8+ years of relevant experience in PR, communications, brand events or experiential marketing; automotive, luxury or premium consumer-brand experience is preferred.

·    Proven experience leading major launches, media programs and complex multi-stakeholder projects.

·    People-management or team-leadership experience, with strong agency and vendor management capability.

·    Strong understanding of Taiwan’s media landscape and excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English.

·    Strategic, hands-on and composed under pressure, with sound judgment, strong ownership and attention to detail.

·    Confident driving capability is an advantage for automotive event environments.
