About the placement
We are looking for an undergraduate studying Business Analysis, Project Management, or a related discipline to join our IT team for a Year in Industry placement.
This placement is designed to give you practical experience in a corporate IT environment, helping you develop key skills while contributing to real projects that support the business. You will have the opportunity to learn how technology, analysis and project delivery come together to drive change and improve performance.
You do not need extensive professional experience — we are looking for someone who is curious, organised and keen to learn.
What you’ll be doing
During your placement, you may be involved in:
· Supporting project coordination activities, such as tracking actions and preparing updates
· Assisting with analysis and documentation to support business and IT initiatives
· Working with colleagues across different teams to understand business needs
· Helping to prepare materials for meetings, reporting or presentations
Your responsibilities will develop over time as your confidence and experience grow, supported by the team around you.

· Is studying a degree in Business Analysis, Project Management or a related subject
· Is completing a Year in Industry as part of their course
· Has strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Is comfortable using IT tools, including Excel
· Communicates clearly and enjoys working with others
· Is curious, open to new ideas and motivated to learn
Eligibility

· Be currently studying a degree and expect to achieve a 2:1 or above
· Be enrolled on a course that includes a Year in Industry placement
· Have the right to work in the UK
