Purpose of the position

To build and maintain robust data management systems that support the organization's data needs, ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and secure for business decision-making and operations.

Main tasks:

• Reporting: Developing and maintaining reporting solutions to provide stakeholders with timely and accurate data insights. This includes creating dashboards, generating regular reports, and ensuring that reporting tools are integrated with data management systems.
• ETL Processes: Creating and maintaining ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure data is accurately and efficiently moved from source systems to target systems. Particular attention is required during the month closing process to ensure that data is correctly loaded, accurate, and free of errors.
• Data Modeling: Developing and maintaining data models to support business requirements and ensure data consistency and integrity.

• Data Quality Assurance: Implementing data validation and cleansing processes to maintain high data quality standards.

   

• Data Solutions Development: Designing, developing, and implementing data management solutions, including databases, data warehouses, and data lakes.
  Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for data management processes, data models, and system configurations

• Automation: Automating repetitive data management tasks to improve efficiency and reduce the potential for errors.

   

   

   

  
   

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Engineering or Engineering. 

Languages

Spanish (native language); English (B2 level); Portuguese (Valuable)

Experience

Minimum of 4 years of previous experiencie in similar positions. Experience in the financial and/or automotive sector is a plus

Skills/Specific Know-how

Database management, ETL processes anda Data Modeling

Communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in using reporting and visualization tools (Power BI)

Proficiency in programming languages like SQL and Python

Knowledge of data quality, governance and security practices
