Handling of Service Campaigns Parts(Recall/Service Measure)
• Follow-up and monitoring new and existing service campaign parts
• Communicate and align market service campaign topics with local/regional/central team
• Communication with dealers for order processing, handling inquiries and announcement if necessary
• Z2 parts order monitoring and take necessary actions: check SoH and replenishment orders
• Asia external material group: set demand-based sales block to prevent overstock
• Monitor service campaign parts and do replenishment if necessary
• Align local market strategy and requirement with SPM@Asia system parameters
• Monitor customers’ immediate demand and revise order type and quantity to supply shortfall in shorter delivery time
Order management EME/VOR
• Red-Hot VOR order regular operations on daily basis
- Collect VOR back-order items at GLC
- Check RLC stock status
- Order conversion from GLC to RLCM if stock is available
• Red-Hot VOR upgrade in case of dealers request or DPS team request in case of PRM
- Check the request from email for urgent case or C-code related items
- Order conversion from GLC to RLCM
• TPOP-C(Backorder) purchase order monitoring and follow-up outstanding orders due to wrong purchase block
• TPOP-C order cancellations handling when requested by dealers
• Communicate with OD hub for Red-VOR order and critical parts
• Analyze unconfirmed backorder items in CRM system and place an order to GLC for future demand
Inventory activities and homologation parts support
• System operations including clearance for parts inventory activities and homologation related topics
• Monitor status of sellout and scrapping
• Scrap Test samples in GI-QSCRAP location
• Homologation location Monitoring: 9040–9045, 9046
- Follow up lines linked with CRM SO and share status with 3PL
SPM system and master data maintenance
• Clearing purchase order (Delivery Completion Indicator for claims operation)
• C-code and sales block after checking order rejected items by GLC on daily basis
• Local parts indicator setup and changes for TPOP-C or TPOP-D
• Asia external material group and LKI(Lock key indicator)
• Local vendor master data for emailing list, address, etc.
• Homologation related information and Korea specific data

• 주문 처리 관련 딜러 커뮤니케이션, 문의 대응 및 필요 시 공지
• Z2 부품 주문을 모니터링하고 필요 조치를 수행: SoH 및 보충 주문 확인
• 아시아 외부 자재 그룹: 과잉 재고 방지를 위해 수요 기반 판매 블록 설정
• 서비스 캠페인 부품을 모니터링하고 필요 시 보충 수행
• 로컬 시장 전략 및 요구사항을 SPM@Asia 시스템 파라미터와 일치
• 고객의 즉시 수요를 모니터링하고, 더 짧은 납기에 공급 부족을 해소할 수 있도록 주문 유형 및 수량조정
긴급주문 관리 EME/VOR
• Red-Hot VOR 주문을 일일 기준으로 정기 운영
• 딜러 요청 또는 PRM의 경우 DPS 팀 요청 시 Red-Hot VOR 업그레이드
• 잘못된 구매 블록으로 인한 미결 주문에 대해 TPOP-C(Backorder) 주문을 모니터링하고 후속 조치
• 딜러 요청 시 TPOP-C 주문 취소 처리
• Red-VOR 주문 및 중요 부품 관련하여 OD hub팀과 커뮤니케이션
• CRM 시스템에서 미확정 백오더 품목을 분석하고, 향후 수요에 대비해 GLC로 주문 생성
재고 및 인증 부품관련 오퍼레이션 서포트
• 부품 재고 활동 및 인증 관련 이슈에 대한 시스템 운영
• Sellout 및 스크랩 상태 모니터링
• 인증관련 부품 GI-QSCRAP 구역에서 테스트 샘플 스크랩 진행
• 인증 로케이션 모니터링: 9040–9045, 9046
- 고객주문과 연결된 내용을 확인 후 후속 조치하고 3PL과 상태 공유
시스템 주문 및 마스터데이터 관리
• 구매주문 클리어링(Clearing) 처리(클레임으로 미결된 주문완료 처리)
• GLC에서 일일로 주문 거절 품목을 확인한 후 C-code 및 판매 블록 설정
• TPOP-C 또는 TPOP-D에 대한 로컬 부품 인디케이터 설정 및 변경
• Asia External Material group 및 LKI(Lock key indicator) 관리
• 이메일링 리스트, 주소 등 로컬 벤더 마스터 데이터 관리
• 인증 관련 정보 및 시스템 필드 정보 관리

- Minimum B.A degree in Engineering or Logistics
Experience
- Business experience in automotive or logistics preferred
- Past experiences should include at least one of the following areas preferred:
- Spare parts logistics
- Automotive aftersales
Specific knowledge
- Persuasive communication skill in Korean and English
- MS office including Excel and PPT skills
- SAP system understanding and skills preferred
- Logistics related certification preferred
- Relevant automotive or logistics understanding and knowledge
