Task Description:
- Share responsibility for carrying out the P2P (Procure to Pay) process.
- Understanding the nature of various commodities and identifying the potential suppliers in the respective markets.
- Collaborate with business partners to assist in the contracting process.
- Exploring opportunities and out-of-box ideas to propose process efficiency initiatives
- Assist with contract and procurement audit process
- Support to drive and implement sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with Mercedes-Benz Procurement policies and processes
Qualifications - External
Specific Knowledge and Skills
- Degree in engineering will be added advantage or business administration, economics, supply chain management and applied science (sustainability).
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia & English language
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Good interpersonal skills, positive, professional working attitude.
- Proactive, structured, and able to work independently.
