The Global Data Center & SAP department at Mercedes-Benz focuses on IT transformation, the development and migration of data centers, provider management and the development and automation of SAP services. These are some of the challenges you will face:

• Familiarization with area-relevant topics in the context of service delivery management
• Participation in topics relating to quality and risk management
• Supporting the further development and implementation of the Outsourcing Control Framework. Among other things, we audit service providers.
• Creation of reporting and dashboards
• Creative collaboration in the planning, preparation and implementation of workshops
• Assistance in the creation of meaningful presentations, documentation and decision papers

• Degree in computer science/business informatics or a comparable course of study
• Knowledge of quality and risk management desired
• Experience in IT service management (ITIL), ServiceNow and/or business analytics advantageous
• Confident written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Commitment and ability to work in a team
• Analytical mindset and strategic way of working
