These are your tasks:

·       Asset Accounting Team: analyzing the correctness of accounting for fixed asset purchase orders, supporting for the inventory process, data analysis, preparation of daily reports.

·       Intercompany Accounting Team : preparing statements of Intercompany accounts, reconciliation of Intercompany accounts and matching of open items, e-mail contact with Intercompany customers and vendors, resolving queries, support during month end activities.

·       Purchase Requisition Team: implementation in the PRS process and creation of process databases, managing the generic mailbox and drafting messages, taking responsibility for conducting business conversations as part of supporting full-time employees, Assisting in the creation of process documentation, learning and working in the SAP One ERP/Nacos system.

 

 

Requirements: 

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Good handling of MS Office
• English B2+
• German A2/B1
• Availability to work at least 20h a week.
