Are you currently studying or recently graduated in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field and looking to gain practical experience in Customs, logistics coordination, and administrative operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented, well-organized, and proactive individual with good communication skills in Vietnamese and English. If you are able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and support Customs and payment-related activities, this opportunity is for you.

As a PDC Steering, Optimization & Clearing Intern, your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting coordination with internal logistics-related teams (Customs, Inventory, Warehouse) and handling administrative-related tasks.
• Supporting daily Customs declaration activities, including preparing, printing, and arranging shipping documents and collecting required approvals and stamps.
• Supporting dealers in obtaining import documents from the Customs department.
• Following up Customs clearance procedures for current and incoming shipments and updating Customs tracking files.
• Collecting, managing, filing, and handing over shipping and Customs documents between PDC and MBV.
• Preparing and submitting payment request documents (overseas and local), including checking debit notes and raising PR/PO tickets.
• Coordinating with Accounting and relevant departments to ensure timely payment processing for incoming shipments.
• Supporting administrative tasks such as payments, meeting preparation, document certification, and stamp requests.
• Supporting the implementation of LS2020 projects and performing other job-related duties as assigned.

Who we are looking for:

• A Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
• Currently an undergraduate student majoring in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Automotive, or a related field, and able to remain a student throughout the 6-month internship period, including the end of November 2026.
• Demonstrates strong data management and coordination skills, with the ability to support operational tracking and reporting.
• Possesses good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English, enabling effective collaboration with multiple internal stakeholders.
• Shows excellent time management and multitasking abilities, with the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, careful, flexible, and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) for data analysis and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of technical drawing and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills are preferred.
