As a CS National Training Intern, your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting training administrative activities for the Training team and Training Center operations.
- Supporting the management of training systems (e.g. GTLS) and training service contracts/agreements.
- Assisting trainers during classroom and virtual training sessions as a class assistant.
- Supporting the translation of training materials, presentation slides, and meeting preparation.
- Assisting the Training Manager with daily operations, coordination activities, and team projects.
- Performing other administrative and training-related duties as assigned.
A Vietnamese citizen with full legal eligibility to work in Vietnam.
- Currently an undergraduate student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, English, or a related field, and able to remain a student throughout the 6-month internship period, including the end of January 2027.
- Demonstrates a strong interest in training, learning and development, and people development activities.
- Possesses good communication and presentation skills in both Vietnamese and English, enabling effective collaboration with trainers and internal stakeholders.
- Shows strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities, with the capability to manage multiple priorities and support training operations independently.
- Proactive, dynamic, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and willing to support the team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
