As part of the Communications, Marketing Strategy and Creation unit, our team covers three key areas: the evaluation of communication activities and advertising campaigns, the global marketing budget, and the organization of exchange and decision-making formats with Marketing Leaders.
In your new role, you will:
Work with in-house developers to support the further development of the Global Marketing Budget Tool and Power BI reports, thereby contributing to the digitalization of marketing performance tracking.
Analyze marketing data by linking and interpreting insights from various dashboards and support data-based decision-making.
Coordinate and support smaller projects and create compelling presentations in both German and English for different target groups.
Learn how to analyze and evaluate the success of major marketing and communication projects and support the team with these tasks.
Contribute creative, AI-based ideas and solutions to make our daily work more efficient.

The activity can begin from Mid October 2026.
Ideally, you bring the following:
- Enrollment in a degree program in business administration, economics, marketing communication, business informatics or a comparable field.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
- An affinity for AI-based data analysis; initial experience with M365 Copilot is a plus.
- Strong team spirit, initiative and reliability.
- An analytical mindset and a strategic approach to work.
- A willingness to learn about and engage with a variety of business topics.
- A self-motivated and well-organized working style, combined with an eagerness to contribute ideas for improving business processes.
Please note that your internship at this location must be mandatory.
