During the six-month internship, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Managing shared folders and handling administrative matters.
2. Supporting recruitment activities and addressing employee-related matters, such as insurance and benefits.
3. Coordinating administrative tasks and employee events, understanding that HR work involves a wide range of responsibilities.
4. Contributing to HR-related annual projects and tasks, while ensuring confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
5. Preparing for and attending training sessions.
6. Translating and proofreading training materials for the Training and Qualification department when needed.
It's a six-month internship program, attending 3 days a week is the minimum requirement. Please also state the available starting date.
1. College or graduate school student.
2. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
3. Well-versed in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, Pivot), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Power BI (nice to have).
4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Responsible, proactive, a quick learner, and a good team player.
6. A genuine interest in Human Resources work and a desire to pursue a future career in HR.
7. Awareness that HR involves a wide range of tasks, including handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Valid work permit in Taiwan is mandatory.
