Within the department Volume Planning and Pricing Mercedes-Benz Cars (MS/SMP), our team holds the end-to-end responsibility for Ex-Store Sales of Digital Extras.

The next level of digital experience is expected to become a decisive value driver and core selling point. End-to-end strategic and operational sales management – from business planning and sales strategy development to market steering and rollout of sales measures
Across the entire customer journey – from Awareness and Activation to Upselling, Renewal, Winback and Change of Ownership
Across all sales channels – from innovative direct sales via O2O marketing to the traditional dealer network
Across all customer touchpoints – New Vehicle Sales, Used Vehicle Sales and Customer Service

Your Tasks:
As part of the team, you will support both strategic and operational activities, including:
Supporting the preparation and analysis of sales and performance data
Assisting in the creation of presentations and reports for management and stakeholders
Supporting the team in sales planning and performance tracking activities
Contributing to the preparation and coordination of sales initiatives and market activities
Supporting communication and exchange with international markets and internal stakeholders
Assisting in the preparation of meetings, workshops, and regular reporting formats
We will shape the final scope of your role together with you and the team, depending on your interests, professional background, and skill set.
The activity can begin from October 2026.
Enrolled student in Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, Marketing or a comparable field
Strong interest in digital business models and the automotive industry
Strong analytical mindset and interest in working with data
Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Structured, reliable and proactive working style
Ability to work in an international team environment
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
Additional language skills are considered a plus
