Our Data Management Team, within Mercedes-Benz Digital, plays a crucial role in shaping and implementing data-driven solutions across marketing and business operations. We are responsible for the management, quality, and governance of data that fuels digital marketing and decision-making processes.
We are looking for a motivated and curious Data Management Intern who is excited to gain hands-on experience in a global automotive corporation and contribute to impactful digital initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the team in managing and maintaining data assets across various platforms
- Assist with data quality checks, cleansing, and documentation
- Help onboard new data sources and perform data mapping and integration tasks
- Contribute to the development of dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders
- Prepare documentation, meeting summaries, and presentations related to data processes and findings
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Data Analysts to deliver data solutions aligned with marketing goals
- Analyze large datasets and extract actionable insights to support strategic initiatives
The Mandatory Internship can start working from September 2025.
- Ongoing studies in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable degree with a focus on data, analytics, or IT
- First practical experience in data-related tasks is a plus
- Solid understanding of data structures, databases (SQL), and data processing tools
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Excel)
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and team spirit
