Intern, Customer Relationship Management (Business Admin)
Aufgaben

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Customer Retention team in preparation of monthly customer retention report.
  • Assist Product Development team to follow up with working committee on the progress of the upcoming product preparation. 
  • Generate report in Report Manager on daily basis and ensure that all information are accurate prior sending out to brand partner and Finance & Controlling.
  • Send the maturing contracts leads to dealer on monthly basis and collect feedback from dealer in timely manner. 
  • Send contract details/report to Datapos in monthly basis for issuance of retention letter. 
  • Assist in Planning & Developing Customer Retention Strategy.
  • Other Ad-hoc tasks.
Qualifikationen

Job Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Management or any other related field.
  • Mandatory internship with supporting letter from University.
  • Min. requirement - Able to do 6 months internship and start on 1 July 2025 until 31 December 2025
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate excel skills a plus) 
  • Highly motivated and energetic person
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Able to communicate in all levels in a corporate environment.
  • Attention to details and good prioritizing skills.
