Support and enact innovative ideas can be reflected and realized in the end products to maintain and elevate the brand leading position in terms of technology, customer experience, and luxury.
Innovation strategy study and development
· Connect to HQ innovation counterparts and join regular discussions for relevant topics
· Connect to China innovation - related stakeholders to study, analyze and create China innovation strategy
· Collaborate with relevant external partners to develop up - to – date innovation strategy
Innovation project design , implementation, and monitoring
· Co- create China fitted innovation strategy with counterparts
· Define and design China innovative projects
· Develop concept and process for innovation transformation to products
· Track projects and evaluate impact and risk
· Enrich innovation tools & methodologies
Innovative mindset promotion and demonstration
· Design, create, and organize programs and activities to promote
· innovative mindset to colleagues
· Involve in detailed innovation discussions to understand the needs and expectations from colleagues
· Support the inventors to realize the IPs and inventions to the end products
Be involved , co - create and contribute to other team projects
· Link the elements of all team projects to make the usage of commonality and core values to benefit the overall strategic targets
· Work with the team in an agile way for newly defined projects and delivery tangible output
· Embrace and promote agile and flexible way of working to transform the traditional working and responsibility concept
· Education : Bachelor degree or above in engineering, and relevant majors;
· Experience: 5 + years working experience in OEM or institutes in development or strategy sectors , oversea experience is a plus;
· Good knowledge about automotive development processes ;
· Intercultural competence and effective communication skills with various levels and departments;
· Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language is a plus.
· Flexibility of domestic travel to visit suppliers or to attend forum / conference
