Key responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test scenarios.
- Write, review, and maintain test cases and test plans.
- Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
- Support automation efforts using Python and Robot Framework where applicable.
- Participate in test strategy discussions, reviews, and risk assessments.
- Validate application behavior across different environments and platforms.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of manual testing experience in enterprise or large-scale applications.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with test case creation, execution, and defect management.
- Experience with Python and Robot Framework automation is a plus.
- Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
