Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI), headquartered in Bengaluru with a satellite office in Pune, is the largest R&D center for Mercedes-Benz Group AG outside of Germany. Key responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test scenarios.
• Write, review, and maintain test cases and test plans.
• Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards.
• Support automation efforts using Python and Robot Framework where applicable.
• Participate in test strategy discussions, reviews, and risk assessments.
• Validate application behavior across different environments and platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2–6 years of manual testing experience in enterprise or large-scale applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with test case creation, execution, and defect management.
• Experience with Python and Robot Framework automation is a plus.
• Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
