Key Responsibilities:• Design and establish compensation frameworks and models to support compensation planning for the India business.
• Execute industry compensation benchmarking surveys in collaboration with external market data providers.
• Apply data analytics, statistical methods, and HR insights to evaluate compensation options and support business decision-making.
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends across the market and recommend enhancements to policies, systems, and processes.
• Manage off-cycle compensation activities, including salary revisions, job leveling recommendations, and market analyses.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, staffing consultants, and business leaders to provide guidance on compensation and benefits while ensuring process compliance.
• Execute the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, employee communication, guideline preparation, performance reviews, and stakeholder reporting.
• Lead strategic HR initiatives such as workforce planning, hybrid work model implementation, compliance programs, and organizational projects while providing regular updates to senior stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of HR analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and data-driven decision-making techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting compensation, benefits, performance management, or HR consulting activities is preferred.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):• Experience managing compensation and benefits programs for large organizations.
• Proven expertise in complex HR data analytics, reporting, and compensation modeling.
• Prior exposure to workforce planning, organizational design, or change management initiatives.
• Experience working with global stakeholders or within multinational organizations.
