Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Architecture & System Design
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance system architectures across frontend and backend layers.
- Drive technical design discussions and define best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology stacks, frameworks, and tools based on project requirements.
- Contribute to microservices architecture, distributed systems, and event-driven design patterns.
- Ensure system reliability, fault tolerance, and scalability through proper architectural decisions.
Full Stack Development
- Lead the development of complex web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React.
- Design and develop backend services and APIs using technologies such as .NET, Java, Python, or Node.js.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable code libraries and frameworks.
- Handle complex integrations with third-party systems, enterprise platforms, and APIs.
Database & Data Engineering
- Architect and optimize relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
- Design efficient data models, indexing strategies, and query optimization techniques.
- Implement data migration strategies and ensure data security and compliance.
- Handle large-scale data processing and performance tuning.
DevOps & Cloud Engineering
- Lead containerization strategies using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Design and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
- Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for infrastructure provisioning and scaling.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions.
- Drive infrastructure automation using Infrastructure-as-Code principles where applicable.
Performance Optimization & Reliability
- Identify bottlenecks across application layers and implement performance improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for production incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure high availability, scalability, and system resilience.
- Implement caching strategies, load balancing, and performance monitoring tools.
Technical Leadership & Mentorship
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Provide technical leadership across multiple projects or modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including product managers, architects, and DevOps teams.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and technical risk assessments.
Quality & Governance

Required Skills

Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Information Technology) is required.
