Objective of job
1. Obtain market intelligence & implement industry programs, for Top Accounts, like Hotel, Rental, Platform and other Corporate customers, etc.
2. Establish initial contact with industry customers and find route to reach fleet purchase decision makers and key influencers; Actively strengthen relationship with customer by various follow-up activities and update account information
3. Steer dealers to approach target industry customers to achieve strategic objectives of industry sales
4. Data analysis based on relevant sales volume and market data about relevant industry
Task description
To implement Top Accounts sales plan:
- Implement industry programs, for Top Accounts
- Identification and acquisition of all Top Accounts
- Gathering information on decision-making structures for top accounts, and structured relationship management with key decision makers
- Negotiation of discounts/service levels and framework agreements
- To review sales agreements with ongoing customers and develop those businesses
To develop dealers Top Accounts sales ability:
- To support and monitor dealer target top customer acquisition process
- To report and discuss specific issues in Fleet Sales Department
- Provide direct training and coaching for dealers to professionally conduct top account sales
- To enhance dealer sales operations through troubleshooting, process and system consultancy
To provide regular sales report/analysis:
- To deliver regular report of Top Accounts and different industry
- To analysis Top Accounts trends
To implement fleet marketing plan:
- To coordinate implementation of national marketing plan for top accounts
- To support central marketing activities for top accounts
- To support local marketing activities at dealer level for top accounts
To carry out other tasks as required and directed from time to time
Education
Bachelor degree and above
Experience
At least 2 years experience in the automotive industry or automotive consulting field is preferred
Special Knowledge
Successful experience in developing personal network and selling to complex purchasing organization
Recent successful professional fleet sales experience is preferred
Interpersonal skill - ability to develop personal networking within target industry and build rapport with customers quickly
Good MB product knowledge
