Executive, Retail Marketing & CRM 1:1 ( Contractor )
Aufgaben

Retail Marketing Activation

•    Plan and execute retail activation in-line with the MBTw calendar; localize assets for showroom/digital touchpoints.

•    Support dealer to clarify relevant operational questions, platform/system trouble shooting on RMP, SFDC, digital signage content platform, top-end vehicle arrangement and availability check.

•    Manage relevant retail platforms/systems and follow IT guideline for user access management and security check.

CRM

•    Build & optimize 1:1 journeys via MB Pass and Marketing Cloud; ensure LOA compliance and content delivery via retail channels.

•    Assist MB Credit Card/MNA/CT activity planning and post-campaign analysis.

•    Assist MercedesTrophy communications and logistics, ensuring the proper records across the announced process/timing.

•    Support physical events per ad-hoc request or assignment

Qualifikationen

Experience

·     At least 4 years of hands-on experience in retail marketing, CRM, or digital communications, preferably within the automotive or luxury sector.

·     Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners (e.g., dealers, agencies).

·     Proven track record in supporting retail activation campaigns, customer events (such as MercedesTrophy), or CRM initiatives.

Personal Skills

·     Proactive, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

·     Self-driven, highly responsible, and able to handle tasks independently and work effectively in a high-pressure environment.

·     Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Mandarin and English.

·     Strong organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and a structured approach to documentation, auditing, and reporting.

·     Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and campaign performance data.

     Specific knowledge

·     Knowledge of brand CI/CD standards, retail channel operations, and showroom activation best practices.

·     Familiarity with 1:1 Communications, Salesforce Marketing Cloud ( journey building, segmentation, email/SMS campaigns)

·     Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with dashboards and reporting tools is a plus.
