Wiring Harness Module Group Speaker
Tasks

Description of Tasks:

·       Project lead for wiring harness development and localization activities;
·       Collaboration with PLE/PLS etc external department about project premise and timeline,  to reach all RD related project targets;
·       Participate and share status in all kinds of related project meetings;
·       Alignment and Support / Reporting to related meetings in the Project;
·       Information sharing about all RD-related topics, lead and push RD-relevant evaluation tasks with engineers;
·       Workshare alignment with RD Germany;
·       Coordinate wiring harenss sourcing stretay and tracking progress for supplier nomination with purcument and quality department;
·       Leading the TR for development supplier RFQ, and handle the PA/PR submission for LEK order;
·       Participate for new carline development strategy project meetings for earlier phase discussion, and bring tasks back to the team;
·       Lead creating wiring harness development technical plans and development process, and tracking development progress;
·       Coordinate activities and tasks for a successful RD Release. All tests are done in time and result is shared in the respective meetings. RD Release can be given in time;
·       If needed lead of a task force for critical wiring harness issues;
·       Project risk escalation on suitable platform;
·       Support/push wiring harness AVAE activities.

Qualifications

Education:
·       Bachelor degree or above in mechanics, automotive, electrical engineering, or similar course of studies.

Experience:
·       Chinese native speaker with fluent English language skills, German language beneficial;
·       Experience as a project manager, e.g. vehicle launch and part development, etc.
·       Graduates with first experience in automotive industry (e.g. internships) as well as applicants with minimum 5 years’ work experience at OEMs or suppliers;
·       A high level of responsibility, pro-activity and ability to deal with stress.
·       Strong leadership ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
·       Intercultural competence and communication skills with various levels and departments.
·       Strong planning and organizational skills.

·       Self-responsible working attitude and strong initiative, structured working styles;
·       Team work spirit, strong intercultural competence and communication skills;
·       Willing to learn;
·       With mind-set of customer orientation and pioneering spirit;
·       High commitment for automobiles;
·       Willingness to travel inside China and abroad to prepare and support launches at JV/suppliers.
