As the Vehicle Function Integration Coordinator, you will be leading the integration of RD Overall Vehicle testing activities and drive the role of RDVV in field-issue resolution into the global field-issue resolution framework. Act as the primary RD Overall Vehicle representative for China, ensuring and vehicle function requirements are well understood and considered within global overall vehicle development and testing processes. Develop and operationalize an agile PF‑Team for Overall Vehicle issues. Take the clear defined scope and responsibilities for RDVV, establish robust cross‑functional communication and escalation models, and implement end‑to‑end issue resolution processes in the testing organization to accelerate root-cause identification, corrective action verification, and market‑specific issue closure. 

Qualification 

• Teamwork spirit with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. 
• Min. 3 years working experience in Overall Vehicle testing and/or development area, testing project steering experience is a plus. 
• Familiar with vehicle development process. 
• Advanced MS Office skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Word. 
• Willingness to travel inside China and foreign countries. 
• Fluent English (oral, writing, listening and reading) is mandatory . 
• German language knowledge is an advantage. 
• Familiar with Mercedes overall vehicle field-issue resolution process is an advantage. 
• Working experience in international company is a plus.
