Job description & responsibility:

• Develop and illustrate Components and systems with Damage code/fault location in picture plates for plates for Production and warranty and goodwill processes.

• Research and analysis of parts and sub-assemblies in engineering CAD data.

• Well versed with assembly and disassembly of systems/components.

• Good Knowledge on Vehicle architecture.

• Develop knowledge of the key after-sales processes in the MB workshops (e.g. what does an MB-Technician need?)

•  Follow the processes and standards defined for the project, participate in Knowledge sharing sessions, and ensure timely quality deliverables.

• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams depending on the work scope.

• Contribute to continuous improvement in the specified working area.

•  Knowledge of Mercedes-Benz portfolio is an added advantage.

Requisites:

•  Good knowledge on overall automotive components/systems and its functioning is must.

•  Knowledge & experience in Smaragd/NX/Pro-E/Catia and PLM/PDM processes is must.

•  Knowledge on Adobe Photoshop and Adobe illustrator

•  Experience on BOM management and Engineering Change Management system is an advantage.

•  Experience in the field of After Sales/technical documentation/publication is preferred.

•  Exposure in automotive workshop/plant with hands on experience is preferred.

•  Aptitude to learn/grasp trending topics in the digital world and implement it in the project as applicable.

•  Strong team player with good communication and one who puts team above self.

•  Ability to handle multiple work tasks.

•  International exposure on projects is desirable.

•  German language is an added advantage.
