Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of GenZ digital engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance
• Define and drive the technical vision and architecture for modern applications integrating AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning
• Oversee end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) including design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement
• Champion adoption of emerging technologies such as AI/GenAI, IoT, cloud-native architectures, and advanced analytics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, IT, data science, and product management to deliver integrated solutions
• Ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and high-quality software using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
• Enforce quality standards, security protocols, data privacy, and ethical AI practices across all solutions
• Drive rapid experimentation, prototyping, and innovation to modernize production systems
• Act as a key escalation point for complex technical challenges, ensuring effective problem-solving and root cause analysis
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies impacting project delivery and timelines
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and seamless collaboration across teams in India and Germany

Required Skills and Experience:
• Strong expertise in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, and Typescript
• Proven experience in software architecture, design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
• Hands-on experience with AI, Generative AI, and Machine Learning technologies
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization)
• Strong background in modern application development and agile methodologies
• Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
• Experience working with global organizations (German OEMs/Tier 1 preferred)
• Experience: 13–16 years in IT technologies for engineering or production systems

Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Software Engineering or related field

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Experience in AI/GenAI-driven digital transformation projects
• Exposure to automotive production systems and manufacturing IT
• Experience working with global teams, especially Germany-based stakeholders
• Strong passion for emerging technologies and innovation in digital engineering
