Team of Sales Engagement and Solutions (SE) drives digitalization for MB product and sales to boost growth in a fast-changing environment. This role designs and optimizes enterprise systems supporting applications and operational excellence. It ensures enhancements, resolves issues, and delivers architecture aligned with business goals. This position also drives AI adoption through practical use cases and tooling integration. By combining technical expertise with strategic vision, the role accelerates digital transformation and sustainable sales growth.

1. Solution architect

·       Collaborate with product owners on solution design, provide architecture principles, and offer technical support where needed.

·       Lead and review vendor solutions to ensure feasibility, maintainability, and scalability.

·       Design and implement measures for functional and non-functional requirements, including stability, security, and performance optimization.

·       Continuously identify improvements in system workflows and propose initiatives for IT landscape simplification.

·       Drive and implement AI tooling and practical use cases within the sales solutions scope.

·       Execute initiatives with proper governance and guide product development through lifecycle positioning.

2. Operation Tasks

·       Provide technical support for application operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and complex technical issues.

·       Monitor system performance and stability, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive measures.

·       Manage recurring problems through root cause analysis and corrective actions to improve reliability and reduce downtime.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases, adherence to operational standards, and continuous improvement in support processes.

3. Compliance

·       Ensure full adherence to IT control standards for all assigned applications.

·       Maintain rigorous compliance with corporate policies, security frameworks, and audit requirements to safeguard system integrity and regulatory alignment.

-   Education: Bachelor / master degree in Computer Science

-   Excellent know-how architecture with knowledge of the automotive industry

-   At least 8 years working experience in IT industry or IT-related field

-   Strong skills in information collection and business analysis

-   Excellent technology and landscape view for enterprise level critical applications for major business landscape

-   Excellent AI practice and insight as well as hands on experience

-   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in developing and designing from product into platform architecture
