Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct robotic process simulations and concept validation using DELMIA V5
• Build and validate simulation cells, ensuring feasibility and reachability
• Perform cycle time analysis and prepare detailed reports
• Execute dynamic and static clearance analysis studies
• Validate assembly processes in workcells and stations
• Collaborate with stakeholders for seamless project execution
• Develop 3D layouts using MicroStation and support equipment concept design
• Recommend process improvements and cost reduction initiatives
• Perform offline programming, configure RCS (RRS), and generate program downloads
• Conduct quality checks and reviews in line with simulation standards
Required Skills and Experience:
• 3–5 years of experience in Robotics Simulation / Manufacturing Engineering in the automotive industry
• Strong expertise in digital manufacturing tools (DELMIA V5, 3DEXPERIENCE, Process Simulate)
• Knowledge of robotic process simulation and automotive assembly systems
• Experience with tools such as MicroStation and Siemens NX
• Hands-on experience in assembly equipment design, installation, and commissioning
• Exposure to process planning, documentation, and issue resolution
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Knowledge of industrial engineering, safety, and ergonomics
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
• Proficiency in English (German is an added advantage)
• Good working knowledge of MS Office
Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
• Experience in pre-engineering, layout planning, and cycle time optimization
• Exposure to jig and fixture design
• Research-oriented mindset with strong idea generation skills
• Experience in virtual validation of plant tools and equipment
• Familiarity with global automotive project environments
