The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through strong test management practices, owning a portfolio of 3–4 XENTRY functions, driving data- and AI-enabled initiatives that improve business outcomes, user experience, and operational efficiency, and operating effectively within a SAFe way of working in close collaboration with IT teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the XENTRY Portal & Diagnosis scope and define priorities aligned with business goals and the broader retail product portfolio.
  • Own the end-to-end product direction for 3–4 XENTRY functions, including roadmap definition, backlog prioritization, release readiness, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Establish and drive quality assurance through robust test management practices, ensuring product reliability, release quality, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and quality teams to translate product needs into scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Work effectively within a SAFe way of working, including alignment across planning and delivery cadences, and collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure smooth execution and release readiness.
  • Lead data- and AI-driven initiatives within the product area, identifying opportunities to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and user experience.
  • Act as a key point of leadership for cross-functional delivery, resolving dependencies, managing escalations, and enabling teams to deliver against roadmap commitments.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, portfolio governance, and resource alignment to ensure sustainable product execution and innovation.
Leadership/Managerial Scope

This role carries leadership responsibility for product ownership, quality assurance direction, and cross-functional alignment. It includes coaching and enabling teams, driving accountability for high-quality releases, managing escalations, and ensuring product execution supports both immediate business priorities and long-term innovation goals. The role requires strong collaboration within a SAFe way of working and close partnership with IT teams, alongside product team members, business stakeholders, engineering teams, test and quality teams, department leadership, and partners involved in data and AI initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of automotive diagnostics, retail/aftersales processes, or related business workflows.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and work effectively with engineering, business, and quality stakeholders.
  • Experience leading data-driven initiatives and the ability to identify and shape practical AI use cases in a product environment.
